最近は冬の乾燥や暖房の影響で、
肌のカサつきを感じる人が増えてきています。
敏感肌を放置していると
皮膚の疾患に繋がることもあるので、
正しいスキンケアの知識が必要不可欠です。
美肌を手に入れるために、
スキンケアについて勉強していきましょう！
初心者は●●に要注意！？
皮脂を落とすためにしっかり洗顔しよう…
その心がけは大切ですが、
実は洗いすぎは逆に皮膚を傷つけてしまいます！
私たちの肌はとてもデリケートで、
普段の生活の中でも摩擦によってダメージを受けやすいです。
特にクレンジングや洗顔の際に、
力を入れすぎてゴシゴシこすってしまうと、
肌が赤くなったり、乾燥したりすることで、
大事なバリア機能が壊れたりすることも。
まずは、優しいタッチを心がけることが重要です。
クレンジングや洗顔の際には、
手のひら全体で優しく撫でるように洗ってみてください。
特に目元や口元は皮膚が薄いので、特に優しく扱うことが大切です。
さらに、摩擦を減らすためには、
質の良いスキンケアアイテムを選ぶことも大事。
例えば、ラベンダーやカモミールなどの
穏やかな成分が入ったクレンジングがオススメです。
これらは肌に優しく、摩擦による負担を軽減してくれますよ。
もちろん、スキンケアだけではなく、
日常生活でも摩擦を避けるように意識しましょう。
タオルでゴシゴシ拭くのではなく、
軽く押さえるように水分を取るだけで、
肌にかかる負担がグッと減りますよ！
スキンケアのひとくちアドバイス
スキンケアの大敵は「乾燥」です。
そして乾燥を防ぐ唯一の手段が「保湿」です。
洗顔後や入浴後は
お肌の水分がどんどん蒸発してしまうので、
すぐに保湿剤を塗ってあげましょう。
おすすめなのは、
化粧水でしっかり水分を補給した後に、
乳液やクリームでフタをすることです。
この時間差が、乾燥を防ぐカギなのです。
そして、製品選びもポイントです。
アルコールや香料が含まれた商品は、
敏感肌の方には刺激となることがあるので、
なるべく無添加や低刺激のものを選びましょう。
またヒアルロン酸やセラミドが含まれた製品は、
保湿効果が高いので特におすすめです。
