実は洗いすぎは逆に皮膚を傷つけてしまいます！

普段の生活の中でも摩擦によってダメージを受けやすいです。
特にクレンジングや洗顔の際に、
力を入れすぎてゴシゴシこすってしまうと、
肌が赤くなったり、乾燥したりすることで、
大事なバリア機能が壊れたりすることも。
まずは、優しいタッチを心がけることが重要です。
クレンジングや洗顔の際には、
手のひら全体で優しく撫でるように洗ってみてください。
特に目元や口元は皮膚が薄いので、特に優しく扱うことが大切です。
さらに、摩擦を減らすためには、
質の良いスキンケアアイテムを選ぶことも大事。
例えば、ラベンダーやカモミールなどの
穏やかな成分が入ったクレンジングがオススメです。
これらは肌に優しく、摩擦による負担を軽減してくれますよ。
もちろん、スキンケアだけではなく、
日常生活でも摩擦を避けるように意識しましょう。
タオルでゴシゴシ拭くのではなく、
軽く押さえるように水分を取るだけで、

まず、毛穴の原因を理解することが大切です。
主な要因は、皮脂の分泌量の多さ、毛穴の詰まり、加齢などです。
必要なケアをすることで、これらの悩みを和らげることができます。
① クレンジングと洗顔
まず最初に、クレンジングと洗顔が基本です。
メイクや皮脂をしっかり洗い流すことで、毛穴が詰まるのを防ぎます。
オイルクレンジングやミルククレンジングがおすすめです。
特に毛穴の気になる部位は優しくマッサージするように洗うと良いですよ。
② スクラブや角質ケア
週に1〜2回、スクラブや酵素洗顔を取り入れると、
古い角質が取れやすくなります。

③ 化粧水と保湿
洗顔後は、欠かさず化粧水で水分を補給。
